This one has gotten me at odds with a few people, probably because the meanings of the song are not easily gathered. Ordinary is a tribute to Billy Keel, Allison DeLeon, Boa Wells, Willie Clos, Bruce Crichton, Kathy Echols, Casey Dukes, Johnny Sandlin, Ricky Jacobs, Jamie Parker, Rick Leonard, and millions of other unknown people who left us earlier than we wanted to see them go.
